Workout description
45 minutes of functional strength training

Lose weight, build lean muscle and breakthrough the most challenging of  weight loss & fitness plateaus with Tracie Long Fitness' high intensity training. This total body weight training & cardio inteval workout combines upper & lower body exercises so you get the most workout in the least amount of time using free weights, sandbags & other functional training tools.

Workout description
45-minutes, indoor, circuit style
This serious metabolic strength training workout
bridges the gap between traditional resistance and cardio workouts. A perfect blend that delivers better results in less time by developing strength & burning fat at the same time while increasing metabolism over the next 24 hours.
